Privacy Policy

Who we are

Sol0 is a single-owner, AI-native chat workspace. This policy explains what data the service processes, the third parties it relies on, and how you can access or delete your data.

What we process

Your account/session identity; the chats, drafts, and attachments you create; settings and preferences; memory notes you or the agent capture; and — only if you connect them — content from the integrations you authorize (Google Gmail/Calendar/Drive, GitHub). Connected-integration content is read to fulfill your request and passed to the model provider; it is not sold or used for advertising.

Third-party processors

To provide the service, data may be processed by: Vercel (hosting, serverless functions, sandbox, and Blob storage), Neon (Postgres database), the Vercel AI Gateway and the model providers it routes to (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter), Clerk (authentication, if enabled), Google (Gmail/Calendar/Drive, if connected), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), LiveKit (realtime voice), and Runware (image generation). Some of these operate outside your region; where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Sol0 sets only strictly-necessary cookies: a signed session cookie (sol0_session) for authentication and a short-lived state cookie during the Google OAuth flow. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Retention

Threads, settings, and memory are retained in the database until you delete them. Model-provider retention follows the AI Gateway/provider terms for the selected model. Operational logs are short-lived and used only for reliability and abuse prevention.

Your rights

You can export and delete your data from Settings → Data. Deletion removes your threads, settings, memory, tokens, agents, automations, and any connected-account tokens. You may also disconnect an integration at any time to revoke Sol0's access.
